Trump Admin Has Rescued 62K Children from Human Trafficking

White House Border Czar Tom Homan announced that the Trump administration has successfully rescued more than 62,000 migrant children from dire circumstances, including sex trafficking and forced labor.

The announcement, made during an exclusive interview on Fox News’ Fox & Friends on Sunday, highlights a rapid response to what Homan described as a crisis inherited from the previous Biden administration.

“President Trump committed on day one that we would do everything we can to find every one of these children,” Homan stated. “Many are in sex trafficking, forced labor, evil conditions.”

The operation, which launched shortly after President Trump’s inauguration earlier this year, has reportedly located and safeguarded thousands of unaccompanied minors who had gone missing or untracked under the Biden administration.

According to Homan, over 200,000 unaccompanied minors were effectively “lost” during the prior term, with many funneled into exploitative situations across the U.S. Intervention by Trump’s team, involving coordinated efforts from federal agencies like ICE and DHS, has yielded these rescues in under a year, a pace that Homan credits to renewed enforcement priorities.

As the administration continues its mandate, the rescue of over 62,000 children stands as a bold testament to its priorities. Homan vowed that the work is far from over: “We’re not stopping here. Every child matters, and we’ll keep going until they’re all safe.”
