Dove’s latest advertising campaign features a tranny pretending to be a woman in a six-second online commercial for a women’s hair product, which was first published on Facebook in February.
The ad has gained significant attention this week when Libs of TikTok shared it on X, stating, “This is a real commercial by Dove. Another woke company trying to erase women,” to their audience of over 4 million followers.

Transvitae, an organization advocating for trannies across their ever broadening spectrum, confirmed that the model, described as a “trans woman,” is biologically male. This news caused quite a stir and women weren’t having it.
Dozens of women overwhelmed the comment section of Dove’s social media posts displaying the tranny which prompted the company to place a limitation on their followers by disabling comments. This has done little to quell the public’s reaction as social media users have continued to express their disapproval by calling for a boycott of Dove and its parent company, Unilever, both of which have a history of promoting woke ideologies.
The hashtag #BoycottDove has gained traction on platforms like Twitter and Instagram, which has only been amplified by conservative influencers and accounts critical of gender ideology.
Perspective
This situation underscores a critical issue: the importance of presenting truth to the public regarding the distinct realities of biological sex.
As followers of Christ, it is our job to lead with love and truth which means we must lead with clarity and integrity. It is essential for us to uphold the biological distinctions between male and female, which are foundational to human identity and experience.
When corporations like Dove obscure these realities, they undermine the intentionality of how God created men and women – this is our cue to be even more bold in this hour because we carry the truth which is the counter to this culture that is so desperately needed.
The intentional fostering of confusion in this hour makes upholding truth all the more important!
This isn’t merely a matter of principle; it is a responsibility to ensure society remains grounded in truth and reason and respects the inherent dignity of both men and women as they are created in God’s image.
