Candace Owens Gets SUED Over Charlie Kirk Assassination Statements

Candace Owens and her podcast guest Mitchell Snow have officially been hit with a federal defamation lawsuit.

The suit was filed on Thursday, April 30th in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee by Brian Harpole, owner of the private security firm Integrity Security Solutions.

Core Allegations

Harpole accuses Owens, Snow, and Owens’ companies of conspiring to repeatedly publish false claims. Specifically, they allegedly stated that Harpole attended a secret meeting in Fort Huachuca, Arizona, one day before Charlie Kirk’s assassination in September 2025.

According to the claims, Harpole supposedly met with:

• Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk
• A member of the U.S. Secret Service
• Rep. Mark Amodei (R-Nev.)

The lawsuit further states that Owens continued spreading these allegations even after she was provided with flight data proving Harpole couldn’t have been present at the meeting described by Snow on her podcast.

Snow’s Claims

In interviews, Mitchell Snow alleged that Harpole participated in a classified meeting with senior government officials at the Fort Huachuca Army installation the day before Kirk’s death. Snow suggested the meeting was held to coordinate the assassination.

Owens’ Response

In a post on X the day after the lawsuit was filed, Owens doubled down on her statements and said she welcomes the lawsuit.
