Germany Decriminalizes Child P*rn Possession

Germany’s Parliament will soon remove a section from the Criminal Code that made possession of child sexual abuse materials a felony crime. Minimum sentences for the possession of child pornography will now be reduced and offenses will be downgraded to a mere misdemeanor.
