DOJ Rescues 200 Children, 350 Arrested - Revival Nation News - Blog

The U.S. Department of Justice announced the stunning results of Operation Iron Pursuit, a nationwide crackdown that identified over 200 child victims of sexual abuse and led to the arrest of more than 350 child sex abuse offenders in just one month.

Coordinated across all 56 FBI field offices and U.S. Attorneys’ offices, the operation ran from April 1 to April 30, 2026, and targeted sexual exploitation, sex trafficking, abuse, kidnapping, and the possession, distribution, or receipt of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Victims were recovered, predators were taken off the streets, and a clear message was sent: America’s children will no longer be easy targets.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche captured the spirit of this effort perfectly: “This operation puts every child predator on notice: we are coming for you. The sexual exploitation of minors is an abomination with no place in our society. We will hunt down these offenders, hold them fully accountable under the law, and deliver justice for victims.”

FBI Director Kash Patel echoed Blanche’s resolve, highlighting the FBI’s relentless work to dismantle networks preying on children and building on prior successes that rescued thousands in the previous year.

Notable cases from the operation underscore its impact, including the recovery of a 10-year-old child from Utah who had been taken to Cuba, and various arrests involving the production of child pornography, sexual exploitation, and related crimes in states like Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.

This success builds on previous operations under the Trump administration, such as Operation Relentless Justice (205 children rescued, 293 arrests), Operation Enduring Justice, and Operation Restore Justice, demonstrating a sustained commitment to child protection.

A Stark Contrast: From Rampant Exploitation to Renewed Righteousness

These victories stand in sharp relief against the crisis that defined America’s previous administration.

Under President Biden, open-border policies fueled an explosion in human smuggling and trafficking. Record encounters at the southern border, which exceeded 8-10 million, including gotaways, empowered cartels and smugglers, who turned vulnerable migrants, including unaccompanied children, into commodities.

Hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied children were encountered, with reports of over 300,000 lost track of by federal agencies.

Whistleblowers and investigations revealed thousands of trafficking tips going uninvestigated, while NGOs and lax vetting processes allegedly facilitated exploitation. Human smuggling became a multi-billion-dollar industry for transnational criminal organizations, with sex trafficking and forced labor cases surging as a direct consequence of weakened border security.

The Biden era’s approach prioritized ideology over enforcement, leading to overwhelmed systems, unvetted sponsors, and a humanitarian catastrophe that placed children at heightened risk of abuse and trafficking.

The turnaround under the current administration reflects a return to righteousness and common sense in Washington.

Prioritizing secure borders, aggressive prosecution of traffickers, robust FBI-led operations, and survivor-centered justice has produced results every American can be proud of. By restoring deterrence at the border and unleashing law enforcement nationwide, predators are back on the defensive, and children are safer.

Operation Iron Pursuit reaffirms that when the nation’s capital upholds the rule of law and protects the vulnerable, America delivers on its promise as a beacon of justice.
