Transportation & Accommodations: We are happy to cover the travel expenses for the guest minister. Most of our guests prefer to set up their own travel arrangements and allow us to reimburse them for any reasonable travel expenses like standard airfare, rental car and hotel accommodations. We can simply add it to the honorarium or provide a separate check after the event.
If you prefer to stay near Charlotte Douglas International Airport, this is about 45 minutes to The Encounter Charlotte and one hour and 12 minutes to our studio location. You may be interested in one of these options:
